I have been here for a while and seen a lot of changes. You look for change anywhere you go, but some of the changes I see are really going to cost the tenants and owners in the long run. I see a lot of trash (beer cans, trash people take out there cars, food) just left in the parking lots. Everyone has the right to live where they can afford but please people respect your home. Your home is not only the apt., you live in but the buildings and grounds as well. And Mr Manager, you have elected to bring in tenants with dogs all for the money, but my question to you is will it really be worth the money you're charging in the long run. My building used to be so quit, but now the dogs are barking constantly all day long. My question to any dog owners on the property as well as any apt., complex is why would you punish a poor animal like that? I mean, you keep them locked up in a room or cage in your apt., while no ones home all day. Put yourself in that animals place, a dog needs to run.
