horrible customer service !!!!! The Caucasian younger female is the worse ! She was working in the morning at 10am . Any question I had she had attitude like I was inconveniencing her . And didn't really know anything .

This place is a joke of a company. The employees are not certified to repair. Do not go there for any phone issues. The only thing theyll do is take your phone to a private back room. Look at your photos and do a reset. Something you and i can do at home. When asked if they can help they say they are not sprint they are elite and they can only do so much. Horrible!!!!!

Ask for Lisa, she is so helpful and knows her phones. I was undecided as to which phone I wanted to upgrade to, I told her what I was looking for in a phone and she new which ones to show me.
