The service and staff was good. It's a very clean Walmart but the parking lot is a pain. Clean restrooms.

I used to love Walmart, anywhere, any place.



I have had 3 experiences that made me STOP SHOPPING there.



The first was when I was in the nursery looking for plants and came across a group of fuschia plants that were in very poor shape, however, I believed a little TLC would bring them back. I asked the clerk if it was possible to purchase 2 of them for the price of 1. I would take my chances on bringing them back to health. I was told that "they would let them die before they sold them at discount", STRIKE ONE!



My family in the mid west always purchased at Walmart for gifts on the west coast because exchanges were easy. They even advertised this fact. I went to exchange a jacket that I received as a gift and was told "we can't exchange that, they're out of stock here" and for me to go to the surrounding towns to see if they will exchange it. STRIKE TWO!



And, I purchased wipers to be installed at the same time as an oil change. I was on the highway on my way home when one of the wipers flew off. I went back the next day and it was replaced. But if it were put on correctly in the first place I would not have been inconvenienced.



Needless to say, there will never be a STRIKE FOUR!

This store is near work so I am there at least 3 times a week. The employees are curious and helpful, of course, if you go in with the attitude that "everyone sucks" you may have a different experience.

This Walmart is pretty nice since it is fairly new but the employees suck. I understand why no one uses their auto department. They lack even the most minimal customer service skills. Hopefully someone will make this place work. I have used them on 4 occasions and every time it seems to get worse and worse.
