Broke down on I 88 last winter (08 Buick Lucerne) was tower to J & R. Had me going in less than an hour. When I asked how much I owe, they said nothing !! Small town America is still honest and Friendly. I was so impressed I had to write a letter to the paper to sing praises for this shop! Robert Francione.

Paid to have work done to my vehicle. Got the vehicle home and realized that it was not fixed properly. When I tried to call the shop to see if they would fix their mistake they hung up on me. I guess I am just out the money I paid them and I will never be bringing them business again.
