Dear Sir or Ma'am:

I was involved in an accident on hwy 28 right on the curve and ended up in the ditch in front of the Middle School. I called 911 to get the ambulance and fire there as quick spossible as my car was partially blocking the road. I had my daughter with me I was very concerned about her and the gentleman I accidently hit. Just for the record I was not speeding or on anything. I had been sick 2 days prior to the accident and I believe I was dehydrated and kinda blacked out as I rounded the corner heaading back into town. I sideswiped this gentleman and he kept going and I knew we needed to exchange info and get a police report, well when i went to turn around I somehow ended backed into a ditch. I do not remember the whole thing but I feel terrible about it. My daughter is just fine, the gentleman had blood flowing from his face but he refused treatment due to it was just a couple of scratches. I was going to sign the AMA but I kept passing out so the medic convinced me I needed to go.

I want to commend these two gentleman for a job well done. It takes a special type of a person to do that job on a daily basis. I sure do respect what you do and the respectfulness and the professionalism that was portrayed.
