Harper’s offers seasonal menus that feature locally sourced products.

CIA-trained chef Chris Vergara offers a contemporary take on fresh American food. Classics, like frisee and lardon salad and fresh oysters, compliment a spectrum of entrees, such as, local fluke, risotto with market vegetables, and roasted free range chicken. Side dishes, like the duck fat potato with crème fraiche and the garlic and anchovy roasted cauliflower complement the seasonal poultry, game, and seafood options rounding out the menu.

The thoughtfully prepared food is matched by an all-domestic wine list and original cocktail menu. In keeping with Harpers local or in-house philosophy, homemade maraschino cherries, honey syrup and rosewater are just a few of the handcrafted ingredients that flavor an array of unique libations. Craft, organic, and local beers can be enjoyed on the outdoor patio that abuts the lofty stone walls of the Old Croton Aqueduct State Historic Park.
