I paid my 10% down through a local dealer for a carport. I have been waiting forever. They finally called to schedule delivery, and their price they are charging me does not line up with what I was quoted when I ordered it. When the manager called me back, she was rude, snotty, had an attitude from the beginning, and said the problem was between me and the dealer. Then she hung up on me while I was still trying to talk.

We ordered a carport in Feburary 2016, it is now April and no still no carport. All we get is the run around. 2 weeks ago they said they would be in this area. 2 days we got a call from one of their side kicks in Fresno,California saying they got some of our info from tri- state car ports. But not enough to be able to see about installing the carport. I informed them I was done waiting and contacted our lawyer. And that our carport best be installed by the end of the month of April 2016. The service of Tri-state carport is awful. Do not expect any more than a lot of headache from this company. Because they will lie to you about delivery dates over and over again. And you will end up taking them to court to receive your product. But the good new is they have to come to the court where you file your complaint in court. And then they have no control. The court will have the say of how and when your carport will be installed and by whom.
