Provided by YP.comWhen arrived for check in, reservation was not in system and confirmation number also was not in system. Handicapped accomodations were not available per our reservation. Facility has only ONE handicap accessible suite and it was being used. Was offered a room on the second floor which was not acceptable because of accesibility of wheelchair (stairs only - no elevator). We were fortunate other guests just checking in offered to give up their ground floor room for us. First room assigned had malfunctioning air conditioner (with over 100 degree days predicted). Finally was given another room with air conditioning.
Reservations were for a room with two double beds. Room received was with single double bed. Fortunately, the third member of our party was able to stay with other members of our group.
Refrigerator and microwave reserved with confirmation were never delivered.
Ice was only available at hotel office.
Dead large beetle in bathroom at check-in. Killed a beetle in the bathroom every morning.
Had to ask for two sets of towels because only one set supplied for single double bed.
Continental breakfast included in services was not handicapped accessible.
Believe hotel staff cancelled our room every day because we had to get cards re-keyed every morning.
Because of non-availability of hotel rooms in town, moving to another facility was not an option.
Hotel staff did not seem concerned with any of these problems.
Cannot recommend anything about this facility.
