Paulina helped us to add a line/switch from another provider. She was very professional and friendly, all that I would expect from any sales rep. The Verizon program had malfunctioned on her multiple times, which put us in the store for 2 hours because she had to call their support line and be handed around from different people who didn’t know how to properly fix the issue. When it was finally all said and done, she was still as pleasant as ever. I would highly recommend this store as a place to shop from and Paulina as a sales rep to deal with. Even though the happenings were frustrating, Paulina remained calm and collected. Very professional.
