I called Schmit Engineering & Surveying to ask if they do residential plot surveys. The individual that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me I would need to get the legal description of my property from my tax deed, which I would have gladly done; however, after I told him I had received quotes from other surveyors in the area after only providing my address, he stated he would not do that and that he "wasn't interested" and then hung up on me. I cannot believe how unprofessionally I was treated.
