The company I work for, a pharmacy, used this company for same-day delivery without any incident for several months. Then started having problems with deliveries being within the promised time window. Driver became unresponsive to phone calls/messages, then come to find out we were lied to from the beginning about the service offered: we were told our packages would be picked up and delivered by the same person, only to find that packages were going to a 'central area' where independent drivers were delivering. Over the month's of deliveries this was never explained to us and the person picking up from our site told us he was the one delivering.
After talking with who I assume is the owner, everything was blamed on us and the customers we were delivering to. They revealed their service to be appalling and built on lies. There was no accountability for the awful service, and certainly no accountability for service being misrepresented from the beginning. I would give zero stars if I could.
