Absolutely horrible experience and I would recommend that nobody purchase anything from this company! I ordered 4 mobile cabinets at the stated price of $322 over the phone 4 weeks ago directly with a representative and paid a total of $1,900 for the cabinets including shipping which was debited from my acct immediately. I did not hear from anyone for 4 weeks since then and finally had to call in to Sarah Breshears who looked into it. Finally received an email from Sarah stating that the price on the website was wrong and the cabinets should have been priced at $478 and If I wanted to cancel or continue the order. Absolutely no apology or anything simply do you want to cancel or not! I called and spoke with Sarah over the phone who I'd by far one of the rudest and most horrible customer service reps I've every dealer with. She offered absolutely no apology, would not allow me to speak with a manager and said that they couldn't do anything to honor the price their website and representative gave me and pretty much didn't care one bit about what happened. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and would caution people about purchasing through here as Sarah said they could change their prices at anytime without notice. Save yourself the time and hassle and purchase somewhere else.
