Wonderful learning experience! Luis arrived 2 hours after I called about bees in my backyard tree. He let me videotape/photograph the process, and he explained everything he was doing. He even held the queen bee up close for me to look at and to touch! He explained how these bees would be nurtured and then put to work within a year. I felt really good about calling him to take care of the bees, and his fee was no more than it would have cost a professional exterminator. Plus, I have really cool videos and photos on my Facebook page!

ABSOLTE DISASTER!!! i called in regards to bee removal after my son, nephew and pets were attached by bees. Frank said could be done ASAP as soon as a guy was done with a job. we agreed to pay $250.00 for this service and a hour and a half later he reluctantly answered my calls and said he was going to "check on the guy". two hours later he refused to answer my calls for status and sent me to voicemail. within this time period i could have contacted another service provider to exterminate these bees rather than relocate them as we were intending to do. it is apparent Frank is not intrested in business, the safety of others and the intrest of reserving the bees that his website gloats about protecting. what a complete disgrace to his service (if that's what you would call it cause i sure as hell wouldn't) dont waste time or money on this embarassment of a establishment.

After struggling for months and having called just about every pest control service in the valley, Bee Strong was the only one able to get rid of the bees permanently...Don't waste time and money with anyone else!!!
