Kia roadside assistance assigned a tow service to us, but an hour later had to cancel that assignment for some reason. Then they assigned Brown Towing.

The first tow service showed up anyway. I called Brown to tell them not to bother since it appeared I was good to go. Brown called Kia to check, then called back to warn me just in time NOT to let the first service take my car. Kia followed up with another warning, they figure he was going to charge my insurance instead of Kia.

The owner and driver Larry Brown showed up and placed my car on his truck very carefully, making sure he did not get a speck of dust in the car. He slipped me a $20 with his card and said lunch was on him and to say thanks for sticking with him. Never saw that coming, and he wouldn't take no for an answer. Class act.

Amazing services. They go out of their way to be helpful. Charges are reasonable. Very professional when in the area would never usr any other towing service if needed

honest, and fair. no one ever wants to be towed but browns made breaking down not such a bad experience, thanks
