WARNING: NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!!!
There are no category to describe how disappointing was my experience with this company. I usually don not write any bad review on any company but I felt this time was for the good of other people to prevent them from the scam of this company. Please avoid them at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On April 2014 I bought 2 sets of murphy beds: 1 luxe and 1 standard. The total purchase was around $23,000. For the luxe bed I ordered dark walnut and I received light wood and the owner decided to resolve the situation pretending he did not know what we were talking about and charging us for painting the wood... NO COMMENTS!!!! In addition to this, a couple of month after the purchase the sofa started to fall apart, the same as the regular set bought.
After several calls they decided to replace them, but doors still does not click on... Long story short, this was a complete mess.
AVOID IT AT ALL COST!!!!!!
I am a buyer in pain after suffer all kind of abuse, please AVOID IT LIKE PLAGUE, unless you want to suffer the same!!!!!
