Before all this happened (see below) I again made another order and I was charged $190.64 and today I received a refund of $166.09. They are now STEALING almost $25!! I'm contacting the Florida AG office and filing a complaint and formal hearing.

Item was NEVER shipped, nothing was done in their "2-3 Day turnaround."

They just STOLE MY money! This is theft anyway you look at it.

HERE'S customer service. I returned an item due to misordering from an employee and at first they refused to cancel but then emailed that they REFUSED to cancel so I had to refuse shipment. Which I did as per THEIR instructions (now all this is by email because they REFUSE to speak to anyone who calls) that was June 6th. My accountant was going through statements and realized we were never refunded.

I first emailed through their site which bounced back so I called to find out what was going on and please have someone call me. I check my emails and phone....nothing. This morning I check my email and THIS is what I received from Camden-Grey!

Perfect way to do business!!

I purchased a fixed oil from Camden-Grey about a year ago. Immediately I received it I opened it up and sniffed it. It smelled rancid and off. I contacted Camden-Grey immediately and was told that the stock was fresh and they would get in touch with their supplier and contact me again about it. I never received any further contact. I followed up several times, however I received no response at all. I believe they have a policy that they don't accept returns on their oils. I'm afraid this doesn't seem right, considering they supplied me with an oil that was clearly off. I won't be buying from them again.

I have been working with the Camden-Grey oils for three years now and find them pure and effective. Though they are not cheap, they deliver on time and their website is chock-full of very useful information.
