It's incredible Don Pan is a food entity in United States. Definitely they have no idea about customer service whatsoever and they do not comply with service in this country. I called to find out if they have golfeados and they told me, call back in 35 minutes, they are in the oven, then I called back again after 40 minutes to see if I could go and get them and now they tell me that are gone again call back in 20 minutes. I said, ok since I obviously missed it the first time, since I am a regular customer and do you think you can hold me one so I don't miss it again, the lady goes no we can't we don't hold good I said, in the past they always hold one for me and I go fast and get it and they had never said anything. I asked her nicely three times I even told her I had talked to the manager in the past she is a nice educated lady and she had no problems since I am a regular at don pan. She was no no I can't ok? Just like they. Sorry I can't okkkkk???!! Extremely rude!!! They definitely need some customer service training!
