Elisa and Carlos from the Internet Department went out of their way to give us the best deal possible. We were so happy that my mom ended up buying a New Hyundai for herself. You would be slighting yourself if you didn't purchase a car through them. Would definitley do business with them again!

Provided by YP.comI went to doral Hyundai to purchase a certified 2010 Hyundai Elantra on Saturday (01-18-2014) . Service representative was NIXON BARBOSA. I have signed all the papers and was asked by him to wait till Monday to get my loan approved. I waited till Monday and they did 6 hard inquiries on my account. I never heard back from them till Monday. When I call NIXON back on Monday evening he told me that car was sold to some one else by (Andrew another sales guy). I was really shocked to hear that. The worst of all is that he said there was another car similar to that and promised to sell that by next week.(Just to buy some time from me. There was no real such car) I tried to call his manager ( Herald Manger for Used Cars sales ) who never answered my call. After calling many a times I spoke to another manager called NICK who promised to sort out the issue by next day and call me back on Tuesday. But neither NICK nor NIXON nor Herald called me all week despite of me trying to reach them. I went to their showroom back on 1/25/2014. This is the worst experience any one could face. Nixon was acting busy as if he never saw me. Herald was such an idiot who refused to talk to me. Can some one tell me how to deal with these bunch of idiots. I would be really happy if some one could fire all these dumb *** and improve the customer service.

Provided by YP.comWent in last weekend ready with cash in hand. Walked in with my son dressed in regular shorts & sandals. There were 5 salesman outside chatting all dressed in tacky shirts. I walked in the showroom and walked out and asked another salesman ( not in the group) where I could find the Accent hatchbacks, was told in the back of lot. I walked again passed the 5 salesman that where in a laughing conversation and again not one asked me if I needed help. My son and I walked all the back lot and looked at several cars ( locked ). Came back to my car & left. When I arrived home I called the General manager for that day and explained what happened. I figured they did not bother with me because of the comfortable way I was dressed so they probably figured I had no $. (wrong !) Mgr. asked me to come back in and he would take personal care of me. I said no way. Should get there salesman to be better people and treat everyone the same, whether they are dressed fancy ( with no money ) or relax look with cash in hand. So, long story or I should say better ending story, I just purchased ( Cash ) my brand new car 2013 Hyundai Hatchback from Rick Case with 20/2000,000 warranty because they offer at no extra charge double the warranty. Thanks for pointing me in a respected dealership jerks.
I will make sure my friends or anyone that asks me about my new car to point them to Rick Case for any sales.
Doral Hyundai representatives are a disgrace and I have also heard that the service dept. personnel are telling people they need service or charge for a service that was not done. This really is the lowest dealership.

Provided by YP.comAfter loosing my keys I wanted a new remote alarm devise., my spare one was giving a hard time because it was so old. So I took my car to the service department and 3 hours later and $200.00 bill , all my doors will lock with remote except the drivers door which I have to click on the remote and continue to use the key to open or close. THey said there is something wrong with the door that it needs $250,00 repair, but THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE DOOR BEFORE!!!!!!

They made me drive from another town to arrive there and then tell me, after two hours after giving me the manager and seller crap, that the vehicle had a deposit. I just think they did not want to honor the internet price. At best they are disorganized and do not know what cars are available and which ones are not. Very bad expereince here, do not recomend to anyone.
