I made a simple call to get a telephone number for the Management Company or the HOA. The guard was a woman who did not speak English and was EXTREMELY RUDE! All I wanted was a telephone number for crying out loud! They wanted my name, I gave them my name. Asked if I was a realtor, told them no, simply getting information for my wife whom is a realtor. The lady said I had to drive over to their guard house which is about 30 miles just to give them a card with my wife's realtor info - so she could give me the telephone number! WTF?!!! I am embarrased to say that I am possibly from the same country that fool is from but nevertheless, it is a shame that such a lovely community in such a great place, has these idiots at the guard house. God forbid there's a real emergency and you need to drive to the guard house to prove that you are who you are! If this is what awaits all the people that live here on a daily basis - I feel sorry for you! These people need to be trained properly on how to deal with people. I gave this people a star because you cant give them anything less than that. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
