The best place to come and speak with a professional counselor about any combat stress related issues you might be having. I wish I knew about this place when I got out of the service but, the benefit of having the Vet Center is that you have a lifetime to utilize it. You can find OIF and OEF veterans and even Vietnam and WWII vets coming for assistance.
