Absolutely horrible service. We had emailed them about 8 times over the course of two weeks to get our order setup. They completely ignored it and let it fall off their radar. Then months later when the job site realized they never processed the order it took us 4 days of calling to get them to call back and re-instate the order. After that was setup, payment was a pain cause they don't accept credit cards. Wire transfer or cashiers checks were requested by them but we were not near our bank. We sent s regular check for which they took 5 days to clear despite getting an email confirmation from our bank showing the cleared check. The manager never returned my phone calls despite making numerous promises and never living up to them. He (his name is Josimar) continually interrupted me on the phone when trying to problem solve it. I would never recommend them and hope no one suffers the same setback we've experienced from them. Horrible customer service.
