Your Agent Luis Ferreira visited us and was very professional in his approach and level of product knowledge. He was very friendly and easy going and managed to close a sale on site. To this point, we are completely satisfied!

This company is not 5 stars but rather 6 stars. I called and made the appointment for the free estimate and the salesman was on time and very professional. He gave great advice about matching colors. When he showed us the samples it was better quality than what we saw in Home Depot and Lowes. I was thinking to myself, this is going to cost an arm and a leg because I already knew what home depot and lowes wanted, but to my delight Palace Blinds was half of the price! Our blinds were ready for installation within 4 days and the guy that came to my house moved furniture, removed old blinds, installed new blinds and cleaned up after the job was complete. I can't say enough good stuff about this company. Oh, and when you call them, they answer the phone.

Amazing service. Very responsive and your call is always always answered.Had two other quotes and this was the best price so I was a little skeptical but so glad I went with this company.The blinds are amazing!!!!

From my first call through installation was perfect. The office was able to very quickly schedule someone to come to my home to measure my windows. He brought samples for me to choose from. Delivery was within the promised time frame. The installer arrived right on time. He removed my old blinds, installed the new ones, took the old ones with him and left everything clean. Best of all I received their special “buy one get one free”. I’m planning to replace all of my blinds and will definitely use them again.

I went on line and saw all the bad customer service reports but because of the price I went ahead and purchased blinds. My rep was Alex and he has been great.The installer did not instell them as Alex had measured and I called Alex. He was out the next day at no charge. He has now taken 2 of my blinds back to have some work done. If you deal with this company ask for Alex as your sales person. He is the best.

Sales and installation very prompt and professional. Excellent pricing. Would like to see more vibrant colors and designer fabrics.

customer service very good and professional and on time. they put on the curtains as expected. they also tell you verbally that you have a warranty of a year. but, I called after one week of installation, asking them to fix one small part that they didn't install correctly, and the curtains don't close tight as expected and it was overseen the day of the installation and they want to charge $35.00 for the visit. Not worth it. many design companies around offering better deals and same quality, and very concern about customer satisfaction during and after the work is done. After they get your business and your money, they don't respond to the warranty as offered. they make you sign a paper contract were this is stated in small letters. but the sales person or the installers talk a lot about the warranty and to be sure you call for any doubt, omitting fact of the $35 charge.

Las cortinas de mas mala calidad , las verticales las abres y se caen y cuando los llamas para ver la garantía ( que te dicen es por un año ) TE quieren cobrar 35 pesos porque siempre dicen es por mala manipulación y lo que tienen es mala realización, los trabajadores de muy mal carácter ojala nunca hubiera hecho esto no se lo recomiendo a nadie , lo haría con cualquier otra compañía antes que con estas hay muchas en Internet y por inexperiencia y por pensar la propaganda tiene razón me paso esto no crean que lo que más se propaga es lo.mejor para mi son las peores , caras y de pésima calidad

Palace interior was very professional, the installer was very knowledgeable of his job fast, clean, great products , i will absolutely refer my family and also my clients to them.

We had a very pleasant experience with Palace Interiors. From the first call we made to schedule an appointment to the finished installation of our verticals. We recommend this company for their expertise and great customer service.

They did my entire house very reasonable and professional the installation went well. Their turn around time was very good. I really appreciate their follow up.

This is my 3rd time doing blinds with Palace Interior, this time I did control remote black outs for my parents home and again they did an incredible job I have recommended this company to friends and they too had great results.
