Significant wasting of time and money. They do not delivery on the promised day and do not call you at all. You have no ways to know they decided not to deliver. They never apologize, never cooperate. You pay and just hope tiles will be delivered some day. When order eventually delivered check very carefully it is your order and it is delivered in full. What they really did: they delivered tiles, but forgot mortarmix and thinset. They brought mortarmix, but took back the tiles because it was from another order. It can be going forever. And the last but not least: if you call the phone number written on their business card, they will literally ask you not to call this number.
The worst service ever, no wish to cooperate.
Anyone considering this store: skip it and save your time and money.

Great people, great products. Honesty can't be found just like that, this is the best place. I am remodeling my house and I am coming back for more tiles. Armando the owner recommends always to buy 10% more material in case you are short. A great experience.

very nice materials in the store, make sure they have all the quantity you need before you buy
