When our server crashed, our old IT company was nowhere to be found. We were not sure whether we had any backups and we thought we might even go out of business. We called a few companies we found on the Yellow Pages, but most could not or would not come to help us that same day. I felt like they thought our problems were not worth their time. Then we found Piper Technology. Piper was different they responded fast and followed through. The technician arrived at our office within an hour, he was professional, and nice and kept assuring us things would be OK. I expected to hear the bad news, that our server would need to be replaced. But the technician assured me that Piper would be able to replace the proper parts in the server and we would not have to completely replace our $5k investment. Our server was back up in a couple of hours after much thorough work by the technician to recover our data. Our worst fears were validated though, when the technician found that our old IT company had not configured our backups correctly. We ended up replacing our old techs with Piper. Their rates are very reasonable and they are very fair about charging for work that actually solves the problem, no travel charges, visit charges or other hidden charges, they really are straight shooters. We are very happy to have Piper Technology as our IT team and would recommend them to anyone we know.
