So much talking about the good specials and the awesome things that they have to offer the customer, yet I have been calling and calling and calling..... but they don't answer the phone..... I hear their commercials on the radio all the time and I wanted to give them my business, but if they don't even answer the phone for someone that wants to buy their stuff, I don't want to even think how frustrated a person most feel if they had a problem and their call doesn't get answered.....

Of course, now that I never got my call answered to give them my business.... I'll go some place else.....

I call this company 4 times different days to get a quote but no call back or email, every time i call them, I got the worst attitude ever and a horrible customer service, when I tried to tell them my trouble the lady in the worst broken English attitude told me relax and dont give me any sh** I was not the one you talk to before....

thank you for doing this before I booked with you guys my vacation would have been a night mare!!

You must be the only one who enjoys being lied to, having to pay different prices than what is listed

on the internet, and being stranded at the airport for two days. I guess some people enjoy that kind of service.

The service and attention of this ussines was excelent and fast.

I recently purchased a tour to Punta Cana from MK Travel/Tours in Coral Gables in Miami. They were the worst group of unprofessional lowlifes that could exist on the face of this earth. Not only do they treat you terrible, they lie constantly, and tell you different prices. We were stranded in Miami for two days which they didnt care. They never offered to resolve the fact my vacation was cut short by two days. When I asked to extend my vacation by the two days I lost, I got the "toughsh@t" attitude. I highly recommend not using this company. Save yourself the grief and headaches
