Make sure you read all the fine print and ask all the questions or you'll find yourself working directly for the agency or another agency that hired them and not the actual company. If you get a W-4 in your Pre-Employment package, guess what, your a Temp. or contract labor to the company they said you'll be working for. Nothing wrong with it really, but Temp agencies usually get about 1/3 of your pay and now you have 2 bosses. I complained and got a call from the owner screaming at me that I missunderstood. No I Didn't.
