I see Lourdes every 3 weeks for a mani-pedi and I am super happy with the service. She is great, my nails look fantastic each time. They have a great array of colors and services and their prices are very competitive.

Terrible. I haven't have the opportunity to get a service done, but the fact that they claim to be open Mon-Sat 9 to 7; and the OPEN sign is on and bright; but I got there on a Monday at 530 and it was closed, talked to me about a poor service. Won't go back ever. My time is too valuable to be wasted this way.

Horrible! Have gone several times and cut my cuticle so badly that blood comes out. I told the lady it hurts, and she tells me "you're exaggerating!" What is that?? Never going back!
