This used to be an excellent cleaner - that is until they recently changed ownership without communicating to any client. After years of not having a problem, all of a sudden I had 4 persian rugs dry cleaned and one pier 1 rug and upon picking them up, I find out they steam washed them, causing the pier 1 rug to wrinkle (had to be thrown out) and the 4 antique persian rugs to bleed and need professional repair and restoration. The new owner Alfonso Marullo was initially collaborative (he reimbursed me for the pier 1 rug) but after not showing up to several appointments he never gave me the $406 I spent to restore and repair the 4 antique rugs. Will never be back again and will report them to the BBB.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The Neighborhood Cleaners lost my cleaning. They tagged the clothes incorrectly and when I came to pick up my laundered shirts they didn't have them. They argued that the shirt they tagged was mine; however, all my shirts are custom made. The shirt they tried to return to me was a Calvin Klein shirt that was a different color and size from mine. When I tried to remedy the situation they were very rude and insisted they could not have made a mistake and I must be crazy. They wouldn't provide any remedy. WARNING!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
