Been calling for almost 1/2 an hour now and no one is picking up the phone.. They lost an expensive First Class Package with Signature Confirmation. I have the Case ID I just need to follow up with them. For Heaven's sake someone please answer the phone :(

This USPS office has to be the worst. I got yelled at cause I drove to the back to drop off 20 plus pre-paid packages. The lady in the receiving said that I had to go inside to make to form a line to drop off everything. I've been dropping off packages for my business for 6 years without any issues at other Post offices. I was going to give them a heads up but I'm going to the Post Master to complain because They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!
