Our company purchased a printer that Zebra Technologies advertised as being compatible with quick books software. However that was false advertisement. It never worked with quick books and we dealt with Zebra's tech support for 40 some days in trying to get the printer to work. We never had any luck and contacted them to return the product. We were told that they would not except it back and that our best bet now was to trying selling it on Ebay, craigslist or other selling options. We are very unhappy with the service that we received from Zebra and are now stuck with a product that does not work and they will not let us return it.
