I use this cleaners because they're the only one in Codman Sq. I have lost 2 pairs of pants there & today makes the 3rd. This time I have somebody else's pants! I understand very much that mistakes happen, but when you lie to me and tell me that I did not bring my pants there & its the only cleaners I use, that's ridiculous! The previous pants I lost were suit pants to nice suits. I bring a suit to this cleaners & I get just the top back?! The problem is that I don't immediately put the clothes on after I get them. So she (the owner) uses that delayed return time as an excuse for not fixing the situation. I had a zipper repaired on a jacket in 2014 & its 2016, the zipper doesn't work and the excuse now is that its been a long time since I brought the jacket in. How often should anyone need to keep having the zipper on a jacket repaired after about 20 uses? They charge me again, of course! I will have to go out of my way to find another cleaners! I can't take this anymore!

my account information was stolen and used at this facility. I live in Salt Lake City Utah, not in MA. I have never visited this facility and would like to get to the bottom of this issue. I don't know if you allow 'FAUX" customers to pay over the phone or online but I would in the future check ID, not cool!!!!!!
