I told Mitch I did not want extra insurance charges before hand and he still charged me double for the rental.When I inquired about the over billing he put me and my wife on hold and wouldn't speak to us.After waiting for the manager Matt to call me back 2 days later Matt finally said I would receive a check in the mail from Hertz in 1 to 2 weeks for the mistake Mitch made.Well guess what,its been over 2 weeks and no calls no check! I spoke to Mitch today and he had an attitude claiming he knew nothing about a refund,great service.I have rented Hertz and Enterprise many times and never had to deal with this shady ,ambiguous process.It appears that the Freeport St.Dorchester office may be doing this to insurance companies more than is known.The only reason why I caught it was because I was paying for it not the insuranc company this time!
