Made appointment to have awning repaired. Also had some issues with roof. Service manager inspected roof, came down, got in golf cart and drove off leaving us standing in parking lot. Approximately 20 min later he came back and said he would need to make estimate. Told him I wouldn't take up his time since I was leaving RV for repair. He said would get back to me in 2 days. After 4 days I called and was told he was in a meeting and would call when he got out. Called back 3 days later was told he was in a meeting and would call later. After 2 weeks, no call. Told parts mgr, who was most courteous and professional, to have my RV ready for pick up. When I arrived repair I had scheduled had not been completed, my slideout was not fully retracted and I still didn't have a cost estimate. Would never take my RV here again. In my opinion, service mgr. couldn't manage a one chair barber shop!
