BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - HORRIBLE...! WILL NEVER RETURN.

We just moved here and Dobbs BBQ is on my way home from work around 7:30 pm. I ordered a full BBQ chicken with some side items and asked for BBQ sauce on the side. In all, my order was around $30.

THERE WAS NO BBQ SAUCE IN THE BAGS...!

I came in the next night to get more food. I explained that they did not put the BBQ sauce in the bag the night before although I requested extra. I asked could he do something to make it right.

The manager just said, "I am sorry". He didn't offer ANYTHING, no discount, nothing. I said, "Sir, I came in here to order more food and I am a potential customer for years to come." The Manager just said to me, "I'm sorry about that but I can't do anything about that."

This Manager should be FIRED for not valuing customers. A single complaint is damaging and cancels out a hundred compliments.

BAD MANAGEMENT ATTITUDES. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...!!!!!!!

I ORDER BARBECUE RIBS & CHICKEN WITH A QUART OF BAKED BEANS. I WAS TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE TASTE OF THE FOOD, THERE WAS NO SMOKED FLAVOR. THE MEAT TASTED LIKE IT HAD BEEN BOILED AND THEN HOME-MADE TOMATO SAUCE POURED OVER THE MEAT. THIS WAS MY 1ST AND LAST TIME EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Aside from the cole slaw, which was really, really good, would not return. Got the chopped pork. Not the flavor I prefer in chopped meat. There was a sauce in the meat. I desire smoked pork, and I choose the sauce. My wife ordered a smoked chicken. Very tender, but once again DROWNED in pre selected BBQ sauce. With BBQ so common on the South, and so much competition around, it is quite difficult to rate Dobbs high.

Had a taste for bbq so I stopped at Dobbs only to get a waitress first that brought out everything I didn't order. I ordered turkey which was dry and my mom had the ribs that taste like they were boiled not grilled. Not a good choice. Keep driving.
