Provided by YP.comLauren was so pleasant and flexible in finding a time for the service call that worked into our schedule. We even had to reschedule our first time slot, but she totally understood.
Cody called me when they were a short distance from our home, which helped us to continue with our day until we heard from them.
John Malko (General Mgr) came with Cody, and both men jumped right into getting things taken care of. These guys listened to us, matched it with their experience, and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. We were up and running with cold air again, in no time at all. (They had to replace an incorrect, cheap fan motor that a competitor improperly installed! They also checked the refrigerant level, which their competitor refused to do!!!)
Allied American is the best HVAC Service we've ever dealt with. We will definitely be using them for our annual service check and any other issues we may ever have with our system. These guys are a breath of fresh air - no pun intended. It's no surprise to us to find out from one of friends: "We had the same super service from this company. The General Manager is great."

Provided by YP.comDear Customers,
I'd like to respond to the review from "Mr U. in The Colony"
When it is 100+ in Texas and we are booked several days in advance because of heat, it is not always possible to treat poor air flow to 1 room of the home as quickly as we would a person with no ac.
When poor air flow is noted, its best to call in immediately rather than to wait and call in once we start seeing excessive heat. At that point, you may have to wait a day or two, or from Friday to Tuesday because of so many without. That should be understandable. Unfortunatley some customers take exception to that, and want service immediately.
I can assure you in 26 years of operating this business, no one has ever told a customer, Sorry, we cant come out, its too hot!!!!
Never.
Please feel free to check our AAA accredited rating with the BBB and see our record over the past 26 years. We have prided ourselves with Excellent service, honest and dependable.

Provided by YP.comI had a great experience working with the professionals at Allied American. They were prompt, detailed and most importantly honest in dealing with our repairs. They answered all my questions and discussed all costs upfront. I will always call Allied American in future and refer them to my friends.

Provided by YP.comI had them replaced my AC unit. Only a few day's after the replacement, AC stopped working. Then we are told the extension vault is bad. John (owner) said it is manufacture's fault. It last about another year, it stopped working again. This time, the Compressor's Filter dryer is replaced. This is brand new AC, why should I replace component and repair so quickly? I consulted the second opinion from other technician. The result shocked me: when my AC is replaced, this company did not clean the Freon in the pipe. Because of that, my AC is clogged and not functioning well. Trans will not cover this damage in warranty. The worst is there is no way to repair it, basically my brand new AC will be gone soon (New Trans AC). I don't know how this company do the business. Definitely NOT recommended to anyone. Horrible experience.
Shaopeng, I personally took care of the filter drier replacement on your Trane AC last summer. You were misinformed by a another deceptive AC company in an attempt to discredit Allied American. 1st, the expansion valve did fail on your evaporator - this was a result of defective parts installed by the manfacturer (Sporlan). Trane has an ongoing program that pays us as a servicer to remove and replace these defective valves. 2nd the filter drier was replaced because of a "rub" two pipes rubbed together deep inside your AC causing a leak, and filter drier replacement is a recommended procedure whenever there is a major refrigerant leak. I truly wish I could have prevented that, but used it a a learning experience to look for in the future. Your system was professionally installed and maintains a 10 year part warranty from the date of installation, Trane would never decline to uphold your warranty. You have not been charged for any of the needed repairs thus far and I will extend your labor warranty for another 2 years at no cost to you. While I share your frustration at needing repairs in the first two years, this is not the norm. Allied American has installed thousands of AC's since 1986 and have developed techniques to be far superior to most. Trust me there is no "FREON" clogging your pipes - your system is running clean and pure and I honestly expect that you will get a solid 15 years of service from this system. Feel free to call me anytime. John 972-539-7077

Provided by YP.comI have used Allied American several times on appliances and AC problems and was extremely satisified with their work and knowledge. All work was completed on time and priced as quoted which I found to be very reasonable compared to some other quotes I had. This is the only company I will use for AC-Heating or appliance problems. I just wish I had known about them a long time ago. Thanks John for a job well done.
