I'm very unhappy about felony offenses being tolerated at this USPS and feel that their foul play should be exposed, so others can decide whether or not to trust them with some of their sensitive post or else take their business to a better USPS.

I can't tell you the amount in bulk weight of my mail that has gone literally to my neighbor's house and finally gotten to mine weeks later with cheap tape and cat hair under the taped-up, torn opening. This means private government letters, attorney's offices letters, medical letters, financial statements, and ALL UTILITIES have been opened by my next door neighbor- who has a cat and a dog, READ BY THEM, and then bandaged up and resent through the mailing system. As opposed to - oh you know, putting it back into their mailbox and raising the flag on it so the postal carrier can see how often they're making this mistake with the SAME PERSON'S MAIL, AND so I can get it the NEXT DAY, NOT WEEKS LATER, AND WITHOUT HAVING BEEN READ & REVIEWED BY THEM, 1ST.
Pounds of my mail in sheer weight volume has NEVER EVEN BEEN DELIVERED to my mailbox. I can't count the time logged just placing phone calls to dozens of business offices asking them what happened to the mail that they were supposed to send me only to be told that THEY HAD SENT IT – WEEKS PRIOR! Other times, like when the mail comes from the government, in a manila envelope b/c I order it for specific filing purposes, THEY ARRIVE HANGING WIDE OPEN, NO TAPE, NO NOTHING.
This complaint has been given to the postmaster, numerous times. But, she was not happy that I was complaining, was rude in speaking with me, and so years later, the problem still exists. My mail has been molested horribly for the past three years and I just put up with it.
