I'm extremely disappointed in your service and customer service. I had an appointment for May 11, 2020 11:00-3:00pm. Well apparently the service man had a funeral that day yet nobody bothered to call and let me know so I waited all day for someone that was never coming. He did come on May 12 and informed me he was going to order the part and it should take a week. I received and email from the warranty that my appointment to have the part installed would be on May 25 (Memorial Day). I called the office on May 19 to confirm they would be open and they had no clue the the service guy had already been out once already. They finally told me my part should be there on May 20 and could fix it on May 21 or 22. They would let me know for sure. Well on May 21...I called and they informed me that the part got delivered to Walmart distribution center so another part had been ordered and they would be there to fix my refrigerator on May 25 but they never called or showed up. I called on May 26 and was informed that FedEx was trying to locate my part and it would take 7 days. My husband called June 2 and he got the same response. He called again on June 11 and was told the part was going to be delivered to them on June 12 and they would call to let us know when they could come fix it. It is now June 25 and no call has come. We ended up buying a new refrigerator because Burkhalters has given us the runaround for a month and a half now. Not one time have they called us even though they would say I'll call you right back. I'm totally disgusted with the way we've been treated by office people. I will say the only good experience I had is with the service man. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Sad he works for a company that treats their customers like crap. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
