I was a dealer for this company and NEVER AGAIN! The customer service is terrible, they never return your messages and the quality of their trailers is sub par. I had ordered a trailer from them for a customer of mine and it was shipped to me incorrectly. After telling the owner, Jesus, that it was incorrect, he agreed to let us fix it and he would pay for it. So I put it into my shop and billed them the invoice to have the necessary work done. A few months went by and they still did not pay the invoice. When contacted about it, he said he had no idea what we were talking about and he was not going to pay us anything. I called to review my order before it shipped out numerous times to make sure they were putting everything on that my customer wanted and yet it still came incorrect. My customer was mad, I was mad, the the whole situation was handled terribly by them. Worst trailer company I have been a dealer for. Would never do it again. They are just money hungry, unorganized individuals who will say one thing and do another. Would give 0/5 if I could.
