made 1st time appt.got there at 1020 with appt at 11.trying to give dog time to check out.laurie came out and told us to go take him somewhere else. told her we were on way to appt at 11 to drop off my friend.laurie said that is your problem&shut door in our face.went back at 1115 to bring dog & she came out,said appt is at 12 which is wasn't,said is fine,will be back at 12.Laurie said I gave your appt away. call for another.First impressions stick and I will have nothing to do with such a rude person. wouldn't trust my dog with her
