these folks are BAD NEWS....had my tractor for over ONE MONTH,never repaired it, tried to bill me for pick up and delivery. And when I called to inquire about status of repair,all it got was voicemail, and several voicemails were never returned. When I finally DID get a live person, they were SO RUDE, shouting at me about how they were tired of hearing from customers how they were not home, and tat phone calls just took him away from important repairs, so he was going to start charging for phone time like a lawyer! keep giving the excuse about "family issues"..which grows old after a while. And kept giving me a line about the parts for my tractor being backordered and unavailable. I called the local distributor. located the parts, and offered to supply the parts!.. They refused!. When I asked to have the mower returned to me,unfixed, he insisted on charging a pickup and delivery fee, yet could not tell me WHEN he would bring my tractor back home, When I refused to agree with the delivery charge, to told me I had to collect the tractor RIGHT NOW!..get it OFF his property. I told him if I had to do so, I would bring the police as well. We agreed to wait 2 more days for the belts he supposedly ordered to arrive, but they did not (how could they arrive when he never ordered them?), so now is supposed to bring my tractor back "this afternoon:.,, It is after 5 PM, and no sign of him yet. I am afraid to leave the house to go babysit for fear he will leave the dead tractor at the bottom of my driveway. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS......they have serious issues about something that they are taking out on the customers.

If it's any indication on how the pick-up & delivery "driver" for Kirlin's mower shop treats other drivers on the road with total disregard and dangerous maneuvers, I will never do business with this company. Ever!

Do not go here! This place gave me an estimate of $160 to repair a $300 mower.



I decided not to have them fix it and bought a new mover at Lowe's for less than $100 more. When I went to pick up my broken mower, they made me pay $31 for the estimate. I should have just let them keep it.



That is the first time I ever paid for an estimate in my life, for any purpose!
