I called Lords and Ladies this morning, asked if there were any specials. the receptionist said yes $31. and some cents. Had my hair done, everything was fine with the haircut, went to the receptionist, she said the price was $76.and some cents. It was very upsetting, I don't have that kind of money to spend on a hair cut. I told her what I wanted done to my hair, and asked if the $31.00 covered that, she said yes. After she told me $76.00 I told her what was said on the phone, she asked me who I talked to, I told her, she said it was her and she never said that. I ,will never go there again I'm also calling the manager tomorrow, she wasn't there today.

I have been going to Lords and Ladies in Douglassville for a least 7 years. I have had at least 5 or 6 different stylist for hair cuts, color, and perms. I have never been disappointed with any of the stylists. In fact, one of the reasons I go there is because I know that if the stylist I've selected is busy on the day I've chosen one of the other stylists will do a fantastic job on whatever I am having done to my hair. As far as the receptions are concerned, I have always been greeted and attended to in a kind, positive manner.
