If I could leave a worse review I would. After my Father bought a transmission assembly he found several parts were missing. We called and they said they would ship, so we gave them a card number to pay for shipping. After about a week and no parts arriving, I called back and they said the card had been declined. Not sure how it was declined since it was my business card, with plenty in the bank. None the less I called back to check the number or give them another to use.

I was promptly told I would have to call back later in the afternoon. When I asked if this was what they called service, I was told to have a nice day and hung up on.

I'm not sure what is going at this place, but I would avoid it like the plague. Worst service I ever had over the phone.

Go to a reputable shop to get parts. This is not one of them.

No way in Hell I would ever use these people!!!! I talked to these people for 4 days about a vehicle they had, after driving 5 hours 1 way to buy the vehicle that I called and told them I was on the way to pick up..... guess what wasn't there? Yup the truck I was on the way to get. Thanks Austin Used Truck parts for wasting my day.

This was the first time i have used Austin's salvage 09/17/09. I have to say they jumped through hoops to get me a door for a 11/05 Honda civic witch makes it a 06 witch is a different body style. the car was wrecked no vin number that was visible until the customer brought me a title. I went by my customer stating it was a 11/05 production date. I called Austins for the door i had it same day witch i thank you very much for but it was wrong. When i called back the person i spoke with was very rude and I quote you told me the wrong year. I told the man 11/05 told him I did not care about the mess up if it was more then so be it just get me the right door. The man stated I'm through with you so I have got the door from LKQ and my customer was happy.
