I've dealt with these people in the past & had good service, but they have changed the help working there & this time was to pleasing, I got laid of my job & it took 6 weeks for benefits to start so I had to pawn my Harley back in June, I paid the interest in July & when August got here I was going to get my bike out, so I called on Thursday to let them know & was informed that they did not get July payment I told them I had a receipt where I paid, had to take it down there, they had my Harley sitting on the sales floor with a price on it, I blew up, so I got that taken care of & on Tuesday when I went back to pay the bike out they had lost my keys & key for to the security system, then they couldn't find my title, after about an hour they found them, pushed the bike outside to crank it & the battery was dead from where they let people come in turn the switch on & leave, I don't believe I'll be doing business with these folk in the future

Easy to work with. Friendly staff, usually loan more than other shops.
