My wife works at the Moe's store on Douglas Boulevard and I remember this occasion. This woman had repeatedly called asking about many minor details over and over again instead of looking at a menu conveniently located online at //moes.com/Food.php?ii=0. Then when the group finally decided on their orders, The lady handed the phone off to some other woman to order, and SHE ORDERED THE WRONG FOOD. Moe's later received a very rude call from the original caller. So in short, when ordering for a large group Write the orders down and consider glancing at the menu. Problems solved.

I was very disapointed to have been part of a group that ordered lunch (to be delivered) and found that everyone who ordered got their lunch but me. The solution offered by the Moe's employee who answered when I called was that I could wait four hours until I could leave my teaching position and go by the resturant to pick up my lunch that would be a free order of something I did not order in the first place. This is poor PR and was seen by oithers who now wonder as to why they would want to trust Moe's to deliver their lunch...

IF NEED FOOD TO GO AND DON'T WANT YOUR AVERAGE BAG OF GREASE THIS IS A REFRESHING CHANGE. THOUGH SOME SEASONING CHOICES NOT FOR ALL AFTER MANY VISITS IT DEFINATLEY WORKS FOR ME
