We moved to the area 2 years ago and initially I was disappointed that my daughter would have to attend this school. I knew nothing of the school, I based my opinion from the appearance of the school. The past 2 years at Mt. Carmel have been wonderful. The staff is really caring and great at what they do. The principal is a great leader and worked hard to implement the program "The Leader in Me" at the school. The building is old and really needs to be updated. The instruction is great at the school, good to see teachers who genuinely care.
