Visited drive thru today, lady talked very fast and was talking to someone inside also, I sat at speaker several minutes and said "hello" 4 times, finally I was recognized and the person was abrupt. Do not go here if you are expecting any kind of customer service, I know I will not go back

Food was hot, service mediocre, cost is average. Probably will not be going back due to waiting 20 minutes for onion rings which are great by the way, but not worth 20 minutes. The chicken strips were not dropped and that is why it took so long, but they gave us another 2 meals for our trouble.

Service is poor. The last two times I have been there I didn't get what I ordered. First time it was just the extra rolls. This time not only did I not get the extra rolls but I also ordered popcorn shrimpmeal and got chicken strips. I spent close to $30.00 both times. Love the food hate the service. I may have give commingled there and just wait until the times I am in Powdersprings area to have Popeyes food.
