When I was looking for a provider for my father I was discouraged by the first comment and almost didn’t go with this agency but for a year now that they have been taking care of my father I’m happy I went with them! They are timely and hard working ensuring he’s attended to all times! If you want some reliable they are the ones. P.S the manager is amazing not only makes things fast and easy she checks up regularly to ensure all is well. They are amazing!

This is 2 months now that I have been using this agency and at first I didn’t know what to expect by how fast they were available, but honestly this agency has been great and I have recommended 2 other people who have also been using them and are pleased! My mother need extreme care and I always ask are you happy she’s says that they do more than what she expects, and they make her feel at home! If you care for your loved ones use them they are fast and reliable!

If you love your family at all I advise you to search and find another home health care company. This company was contracted to have an aide to come out and be with my family member seven days a week twice a day 5 1/2 hours total daily but only shows up maybe thirty minutes daily and lots of days don't show up at all. The aide that works for this company has been nothing but abusive verbally, emotionally and even physically. When I've called to make complaints I've been called a liar and told its my own family fault. I've heard the way she talks and treats my family. The latest incident being Monday March 7th 2016. While I was on the phone with my family member I heard the aide come in and started cursing and yelling and threatening to beat someone up. Calling the police or calling to report it to people in charge is a waste of time. And many other incidents before this!! The aide and people in charge just want to call you a liar or place blame on your family. DON'T USE THIS PROVIDER!!
