Provided by YP.comService person was on time, friendly, professional, thorough and very knowledgable. He performed all tests after replacing the needed parts, but was unable to get my TV to work properly. I had protection coverage, because of that the service person was able to inform me Sears would replace my TV. Overall I am very satisfied with the service person and the service provided by the company. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Provided by YP.comThe microwave work but door is put back on crooked and the light sometimes stays on when door is closed. Also the frame is crooked and door doesn't line up.
