It's was nice dealing with Vick tires today 8/1/2017 I bought 24 inches rims with tires.it's was good their customers service are okay.it's a good deal going to Vick tires for service and rims.

My experience with Vick Tires was completely different from that of others. Yesterday evening, I was traveling from Macon, GA back home to Alabama. While driving through Atlanta, I felt something odd at the rear of my car. The tread belts on my rear two tires had failed causing the actual surface tread to start to separate from the tire itself. I needed to get outside of Atlanta due to traffic, so I slowly proceeded east and took exit #37 at Douglasville to search for replacements. Now, it was nearly 7PM EST, so I knew that my chances were slim.
I saw Vick Tires near the exit on Fairburn Road, pulled in, and the men were working with a couple of customers while trying to close up for the day. One of the employees immediately saw my rear tires, got the size, and told me he'd see what was in stock. He had two tires, so luckily for me, I was able to get the tires replaced, balanced, and was out the door in around twenty-five minutes or so, all at a reasonable price. The employees at Vick Tires were courteous, helpful, and the prices were reasonable, so I would absolutely recommend this business. Yesterday, they were a lifesaver because otherwise, I'd have had to take a motel room and wait until Sunday to search for tires.

If I could do a negative star I would . The owner Vick is the worst. His customer service skills are horrible and he sells bad tires . He doesn't have integrity. My first experience is my last . I bought 2 tires from him Michelin after I called and he told me he had 2 Good Year which was a cheaper price , but when I get there he only had one and proceeded to sell me the 2 Michelin's for the higher price . Well needless to say less than a week later I had to call AAA because the tire went bad. I tried to go back for a refund and he denied my refund . He should not be in business at all . No CUSTOMER SERVICE + NO INTEGRITY = BAD BUSINESS. . !!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

I have been purchasing tires from this guy for about 6 months and every tire I have bought all seem to have issues. And when I call back to tell them it's always not there problem. Will not be doing business with them anymore....

Worst experience in buying a Tire bad service and management.. Not a week later tire blew out sitting in the garage and it was a new tire went back to see if I could get a new tire or money back they acted like I was invisible and proceeded on with business
