First bad experience was minor but they were supposed to give my vehicle a check up and top off all my fluids but within a day of picking up my vehicle, my power steering was making noise because they didn't check the power steering fluid but charged me for it. They also never checked to see if there were any leaks, like with the power steering, but they charged me for supposedly doing that. I ultimately had to fix that myself. The last time I used their "services", I left it overnight so that they could replace all the belts and hoses. The first issue was they had put on the wrong AC belt and I had to diagnose the problem and replace it myself. I also paid to have all the hoses, upper and lower, replaced and a little over a year later, my lower hose failed. It was rotten and had never been replaced though I was charged for it. Luckily, I didn't get stuck on the side of the road or overheat my engine. These people do not care and are basically rotten and dishonest.

I do not recommend this auto repair shop. Had continuing coolant leak issues after having a water pump replaced. I ended up taking the vehicle across the street to Clark's Auto Repair to get it fixed right.

I would NOT recommend anyone patronize this business. I had my car towed there b/c it overheated & wouldn't start. They claimed to have done a diagnostic & determined that it was the starter module. They stated the repair would be $204. I ok'd them to complete the repairs. I picked the vehicle up Thursday evening only to have it start to smoke a mile from my house THE VERY NEXT DAY! I was only a half mile from their mechanic shop so I brought the car back to them. They then said it was the heater core which would be $801 for complete repair OR they could just clamp the hose (aka do a bypass) for $50. I chose the latter. Once complete (but before I could leave), the car, once again, would not start!!! They took a quick look at it and said that I actually needed a new motor/engine and that it would cost me more than the car was worth to repair it. I then requested the $204 I had just spent with them the day before since they had diagnosed the original issue as the starter module when it was actually the motor but THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. This is a shady business & the mechanics are sub par who seem to rely on guess work rather than expertise, in the end costing the consumer a lot of money for nothing in return. I feel violated & taken advantage of. If you care about your money and receiving quality work, DO NOT USE WEST GEORGIA TIRE & AUTO.
